Collection: the OK sock

Hi everyone, my name is Oscar Kelly. I’m 16 years old, a footballer and I was born and raised in Christchurch, New Zealand.

In August, I was diagnosed with a brain tumour.  I have just finished six weeks of treatment to slow the tumour down, and when it comes to the future, who knows?

Being diagnosed with cancer at 16 has completely changed my perspective on life. One of the biggest things I want to do now is turn my situation into something positive by raising awareness.

I’ve teamed up with Fly Grip Socks to create a custom pair of grip socks specifically for to raise funds for the Child Cancer Foundation.

You can wear the socks, spread the message, donate, or simply share this with your friends and family.

This isn’t just about me.  It’s about the hundreds of thousands of children around the world who are diagnosed with cancer every year. Kids who should be focusing on school, sport, friends and what they want to be when they grow up — not cancer.

I know firsthand how much life can change in an instant, and I want to do what I can to help make a difference for other kids and their families going through the same thing.

Let’s turn something incredibly tough into something positive, and show kids fighting cancer that they’re not alone.

Thanks for your support. OK
